Latinos on the Move NE is delighted to share exciting news:

Our mission to bridge the gap between the Latino community and the New Hampshire community at large will be facilitated through a recent collaboration with McLean Communications, the highly regarded publisher of NH Magazine, NH Business Review, NH Home, Parenting New Hampshire and NH.com.

We spoke with Publisher and President of McLean Communications, Sharron McCarthy. There are many businesses in our backyard owned and operated by people of diverse backgrounds, and we are still missing out on opportunities for "fear of stepping on someone else's culture." Our partnership with McLean Communications will be another bonafide approach in bridging the gap between cultural differences. Beginning this fall, Latinos on the Move will have its own quarterly publication insert in the New Hampshire Business Review, a publication exposed to fifty thousand educated readers across the state!

According to Sharron it is refreshing to mix business with real fun. This would explain the many entertaining events around the state held by Mclean Communications, which include "Best of NH", "The BOB Awards", "The Women of Distinction Breakfast", "Business Excellence Awards", and "Family Fun Fair" along with several others.

Sharron has been in the publishing business for 24 years having held various Sales and Marketing management positions in the New England media market including New Hampshire Profiles, Worcester Magazine, The Patriot Ledger and The Telegraph. She is a graduate of Nichols College with a B.S. in Marketing. She has worked with a number of non-profit organizations including the American Heart Association, Adult Learning Center, March of Dimes, Easter Seals, Big Brothers Big Sisters, The NH Foodbank and is on the board of the Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare Foundation. Sharron lives in Bedford, NH with her husband and daughter Lana Jade-they are expecting a new baby in the next few weeks!
